I’m Preeti Khare, an ICF-PCC, Internationally Certified Executive Leadership Coach with over 30 years of experience empowering individuals and leaders to unlock their full potential. As a keynote speaker, mentor, corporate trainer, and leadership coach, I’ve had the privilege of guiding more than 5,000 individuals and 900+ leaders across industries and continents. My approach focuses on developing emotional intelligence, leadership excellence, and fostering personal growth.
With a background in Corporate America and the Middle East, working for multinationals like Wendy’s, L Brands, and the American Red Cross, I bring a global perspective to my coaching. As a mentor for Aspire For Her, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting women through career transitions, entrepreneurship, and leadership opportunities, I mentor women in navigating new professional paths and achieving sustainable career growth. I’ve had the privilege of coaching talented women leaders at IBM, EXL, and even supporting women directors on the corporate board as they tackled complex challenges. Each experience has deepened my commitment to seeing women rise with resilience and identity.
I’m equally passionate about encouraging entrepreneurial pursuits among women. Through my association with MAWE (Madhya Pradesh Association of Women Entrepreneurs), I support and mentor/coach aspiring women business owners in establishing their own identity and creating businesses with purpose.
In my role as a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) consultant, I prioritize the safety and well-being of women in the workplace. By providing POSH awareness training in organizations and educational institutions, I strive to create environments where women feel secure, supported, and empowered to take on leadership roles. Ensuring that justice prevails in cases of harassment is essential to having true diversity and inclusion.
